Report & takedown
Report content or request a takedown
Carelio holds private family care records. If something on Carelio is abusive, infringes your rights, or shouldn’t be there, tell us. A real person reads every report and acts on it.
Send a report
One channel for every kind of report — content, copyright/DMCA, privacy, or impersonation.
Please include what you’re reporting, where it appears (a link, screenshot, or the account/email involved), and how we can reach you. We aim to acknowledge reports within 2 business days.
If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first. Then tell us so we can act on anything hosted on Carelio.
Safety & abuse
Content that endangers or exploits a child, harassment, threats, or anything that violates our Terms. These are reviewed first.
Copyright (DMCA)
Material you own or control that was posted without permission. See the notice requirements below.
Privacy & personal data
A photo, record, or personal detail of you or your child shared without consent, or a request to remove your data.
Impersonation
An account or record pretending to be you, your family, or your care arrangement.
Filing a DMCA copyright notice
If you believe material on Carelio infringes a copyright you own or control, email the address above with a notice that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim was infringed.
- Identification of the infringing material and enough detail for us to locate it (a link, screenshot, or the account involved).
- Your contact information — name, address, phone, and email.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
We respond to valid notices and, where appropriate, to counter-notices. Knowingly false claims may carry liability under the DMCA. For the full policy, see the Copyright Infringements section of our Terms.
